Dr. Donna Snow, PhD

Chief Forensic Psychologist and President

Dr. Snow is a licensed psychologist (PSY31922) with a specialty in forensic psychology. She has served as an expert witness in both juvenile and adult forensic cases. With a solid foundation in psychology and its intersection with the legal system, Dr. Snow has completed specialized trainings to further hone her skills and knowledge in forensic psychology. Her comprehensive training has equipped her with advanced techniques and methodologies, enabling her to provide nuanced insights into the complexities of human behavior within the legal context. Dr. Snow also brings a compassionate approach to her work. This passion drives her commitment to assisting a diverse population within the realm of forensic psychology. By leveraging her expertise as an expert witness, Dr. Snow actively seeks to uncover the underlying psychological factors that contribute to the behaviors exhibited by individuals who have experienced trauma or adverse circumstances.

Competency to Stand Trial

Our competency evaluations involve a psychological assessment to determine the defendant’s mental state, cognitive abilities, and understanding of the legal proceedings.

Mental Health Diversion

We conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine if an individual meets the criteria for mental health diversion, and can make recommendations for appropriate treatment and support services.

Insanity Defense

A thorough range of evaluations analyzing the mental state of the defendant at the time of the alleged offense.

Franklin Hearings

From our psychological evaluation we aim to identify youth related mitigating factors, subsequent growth and maturity, diminished culpability, etc.

Juvenile Transfer Hearings

In addition to providing expert testimony, evaluating the juveniles mental health, intellectual functioning, and level of maturity, we also speak to the possibility of rehabilitation within the juvenile justice system.
